Together, they formulate the company&#8217;s corporate social responsibility, sustainable development directions and goals, and develop related management policies and specific implementation plans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Administration Division<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strategy planning, execution and supervision, human resource management, organizational development and planning, as well as the construction, development, and management of the company&#8217;s various information systems and equipment.
